Who are "Benos ha'Melech"?
Radak: We do not know if they are Tzidkiyah's daughters, or Yehoyachin's, or Yehoyakim's.
Why did he not kill Benos ha'Melech?
Radak: He killed only Anshei ha'Milchamah. He took captive the rest of the men, and the women and children. Nevuzaradan did not exile them; he left them with the impoverished people.
Who are "She'eris ha'Am Asher ba'Mitzpah" and "Kol ha'Am ha'Nish'arim"?
Malbim: They are those who returned to Eretz Yisrael 1 , and those who were already in Eretz Yisrael.
I.e. to Yehudah, from Mo'av, Amon, Edom and other places (40:11-12).
What is the meaning of "La'avor Es Bnei Amon"?
Radak: This is like El 1 Bnei Amon. Also "v'Har'ah Es ha'Kohen" (Vayikra 13:49) is like El, and "v'Es Mi Higadta Milin" (Iyov 26:4) is like El.
