Ibn Ezra: It is seven. The Nun is extra, like "Bashnah Efrayim Yikach" (means Bushah Efrayim).

Why didn't Hashem give Iyov twice as many children as he originally had?
Bava Basra 16b: Indeed, he had twice as many sons (refer to 42:13:1:1 and the note there). His daughters were not doubled in number, but they were doubled in beauty (refer to 42:14:1:1).
Ibn Ezra (12): He received double of what was in his Reshus; children are not in his Reshus.
Seforno: If they were doubled, the ratio of his wealth to the number of his children would have remained the same; this is not success 1 .
