Rashi: I will not request people to take vengeance for me.

Radak #1: This is [striking,] like "Pen Yifga'enu ba'Dever Oh ve'Charev" (Shemos 5:3). The prefix Chaf is omitted, like in "Lev Soma'ech Yeitiv Gehah" (Mishlei 17:22); it should say k'Gehah. Here it is as if it says ch'Adam. I will not strike them like other people. Rather, I will take full vengeance from them. Targum Yonasan is like this
