What is the meaning of "v'Hayah Tapilu Osah b'Nachalah Lachem"?

Radak: This is the border that you will cast for an inheritance.

Malbim: This is when you will give to inheritances to individuals.

Why does it say "Lachem uleha'Gerim"?

Radak: It is also for Gerim. There is properly the prefix Hei ha'Yedi'ah (to identify) in uleha'Gerim, just usually when there is also the prefix Lamed, the Hei is omitted [and there is a Patach under the Lamed].

Malbim: This refers to people who already converted. We will not accept converts in the days of Mashi'ach.

Why does it say "Asher Holidu Vanim b'Sochechem"?

Radak: The convert fathered children amidst you in Galus.

2.

Malbim: Also the children will receive their portion. They will be like native Yisraelim, to receive a portion in the land.
