Rashi: Two tribes will be exiled to Bavel.

Rashi: This is Shevet Binyamin, who are not called on Yehudah's name (even though they were part of Malchus Yehudah, and not Malchus Yisrael), rather, on the name of Stam Shivtei Yisrael.

Radak: You are Beis Yakov, who was My servant. You should have learned from your father, who is called Yisrael. Since you are called in the name of Yisrael, you should have been like him!

Malbim: They are esteemed, and elevated above nature.

Rashi: Shevet Yehudah, which came out and flowed from the water of Yehudah's bucket. This is like "Yizal Mayim mi'Dalyo" (Bamidbar 24:7).

Radak: You are from the seed of Yehudah, who was good. This is like "Ein Yakov" (Devarim 33:28) - from the source of Yisrael. It mentions Yehudah, for he prophesized about Yehudah - "Asher Chazah Al Yehudah vi'Yrushalayim" (above, 1:1).

Malbim: It is the Shevet that the Mikdash and Malchus Beis David were amidst it.

Radak: This repeats "ha'Nishba'im b'Shem Hashem" in different words.

Malbim: You say that you are Avdei Hashem. This is "v'Lo vi'Tzdakah" - your deeds are not with Tzedakah, i.e. proper conduct Bein Adam la'Makom.

Rashi: This is like it says "v'Im Chai Hashem Yomeru Lachen la'Sheker Yishave'u" (Yirmeyah 5:2). You were not worthy to be redeemed, only "Ki me'Ir ha'Kodesh Nikra'u" (2). This caused that they were not exiled with the 10 tribes in the days of Sancheriv to Chalach and Chavor; they have no redemption.

Malbim: This refers to "ha'Nishba'im b'Shem Hashem."

Radak: They do not do His Mitzvos, and do not fear Him. They are not concerned about mentioning His name, if they say Emes or Sheker [or in vain]. If a man swears in the life of the king and rebels against him, he should be punished!
