Radak: The Tzedakah that I would do with you would be like sea waves - one after the other, without ceasing.

Malbim: Your good deeds are happiness of the Nefesh. They would rise like waves, which always seek to cross the shore. So will rise your strength to increase Mitzvos and Avodas Hashem.
