What do we learn from "v'Yadata Ki Shalom Ahalecha [u'Fakadta Navcha v'Lo Secheta]"?

1.

Shabbos 34a: Verify that Ner Shabbos, which promotes Shalom, is lit.

2.

Yevamos 62b: If one knows that his wife fears Heaven but does not fulfill Onah (Bi'ah in the proper time), he is called a sinner.

3.

Rashi: You will be secure everywhere, for your tent is Shalom.

4.

Devar Eliyahu: This fulfills "Baruch Atah ba'Ir u'Varuch Atah ba'Sadeh" - normally, a tent is pitched in the field.

5.

Malbim: Hashgachah rules over man's ways, even for the matters special for Mazal - children, lifespan and income. "Shalom Ahalecha" shows that he has enough income. Also refer to 5:25:2:2, 5:26:1:1.

What do we learn from "u'Fakadta Navcha v'Lo Secheta"?

1.

Yevamos 62b: A man must be with his wife before he goes on a trip.

2.

Devar Eliyahu: If you will ask those who live in your house and city, you will not find a lack of people or property. They will be blessed in the house and in the field.
