Radak: I have power to take you out of Galus, and I rebuke the sea. All the more so I will rebuke the nations holding you!
2)
Why does it say "Roga ha'Yam"?
1.
Pesachim 118b: [Verse 14 said "Miher Tzo'eh Lehipase'ach v'Lo Yamus la'Shachas." Constipation is painful like the day of death, and then] eliminating is as hard as Kri'as Yam Suf.
2.
Rashi: Roga is folding, like "Ori Raga" (Iyov 7:5).
3.
Radak citing Targum Yonasan: D'Nazif b'Yama. This is like Go'er (rebuking).
4.
Radak: He splits. This is like Ori Raga va'Yima'es" (Iyov 7:5).
5.
Malbim: I calm the agitation of the sea, even when its waves roar. If so, can I not cease the clamor of "Enosh Rimah" (Iyov 25:6; a man, whose end is worms) and his anger?!
3)
What is the meaning of "va'Yehemu Galav"?
1.
Radak: [He made the waves roar] where He split the sea, and [Egypt] could not pass through until Yisrael passed. This is like "v'Hamu Galav v'Lo Ya'avrenhu" (Yirmeyah 5:22).
