What is "Mino'atz"?
Rashi: It is Misna'etz (reviled). The grammatical form is like "va'Yishma Es ha'Kol Midaber Elav" (Bamidbar 7:89).
Radak: The entire day, My name is reviled in Galus; the Nochrim revile it - they kill and plunder Yisrael due to unity of My name 1 . This word is a composite of Pu'al and Hispa'el.
