Why is it written Chasdo, and we pronounce it Chasdi?

Radak: They are the same, just the Kesiv refers to the One who does the Chesed, and the pronunciation refers to the recipient (David). Pronoun suffixes can refer to the one who acts, or to the object, e.g. "va'Ani Nasachti Malki", "vEi'lokim Malki mi'Kedem" (2:6, 74:12).

Why did he say "Yekademeni"?

Rashi: His help should come to me before my haters rule over me.

Malbim: They surround my house and think that I do not hear their words and do not know their intent. Elokei Chasdi informs me [before they can fulfill their intent]!

Who are "Shorerai"?

Radak: This refers to looking. They are my enemies, who look at me for evil - "va'Yhi Sha'ul Oyen Es David" (Shmuel I, 18:9).

What will Hashem show to him about Shorerav?

Radak: What his heart wants (his victory over them).

Malbim: He showed to him, via Michal bas Sha'ul, that they surround the house guarding for him.
