Radak: Mekom is Samuch to the word Ta'am 1 (which is omitted). The same applies to "Mekom Lo Yada Kel" (Iyov 18:21).

I do not understand why it should say Ta'am. Perhaps there is a printing mistake. Ibn Ezra in Iyov says that there, it is Samuch to the word "Avel" earlier in the verse; it is as if Avel is repeated. (PF)
