Rashi #2: Be humble in front of Him like a mat on which people trample.
Malbim: Humble yourself in front of the Zar, so he will exempt you from what you shook hands about.
Malbim (5): You promised and swore to Hashem to guard His Mitzvos, and are mortally obligated to guard it from the fortresses of the Yetzer ha'Ra, one must humble his physicality.
What do we learn from "u'Rhav Re'echa"?
Rashi #1: [If you were not a monetary guarantor, rather, you spoke harshly to him,] bring friends to request his pardon.
Rashi #2 (from Shocher Tov 8:3): Get many friends to pray to Him for you.
Malbim: Or, if you cannot get the Zar, to exempt you,] aggrandize your friend to do his will until he will exempt you from the obligation that you accepted.
Malbim: Aggrandize your Friend (Hashem, or the Neshamah).
