Rashi: My Nefesh hopes for Him. This is like "Dom la'Shem v'Hischolel Lo" (37:7).

Radak: My Nefesh does not hope to another god, only to Him, for "from Him is my salvation." It is silent until His salvation comes.
3.
Malbim: My Nefesh is not afraid of anything, because it hopes to Hashem, for from Him will come my salvation.
