Why does it say "Lema'an Tinku u'Svatem"?
Radak: They mourn over it 1 , in order that they will see its Simchah, and 'nurse' and be satiated from Shod Tanchumeha; you knew that that will be your reward.
Malbim: The verse compares them to children in the bosom of their mother. First they nurse and are satiated.
The end of the previous verse discussed this. (PF)
What is "mi'Shod Tanchumeha"?
Rashi: It is an expression of Shadayim (breasts). Malbim - after the baby is satiated, it sucks more just for pleasure.
Radak: This is like "v'Shod Melachim Tinaki" (60:16). It is like Shad with a Patach (breast). It is a metaphor for pleasure.
What is the meaning of "Tamotzu"?
Rashi: You will suck.
What is "mi'Ziz Kevodah"?
Rashi: It is great honor that moves to come to it.
Radak: It is like Ziv (radiance).
Radak citing Targum Yonasan: The desired honor.
Malbim: Ziz is a ring of honey. It is as if from Shod Tanchumeha, another ledge of honor juts out after the Ge'ulah. After nursing, they will give to them sweetness to suck for extra pleasure.
