What is the Chidush that the voice of Simchah will cease?

Malbim: Normally, after a war in which many died, there are many weddings - widows whose husbands were killed, and men whose wives died. They try to remarry to have children and fill the desolate land - "Od Yishama... Kol Sason v'Kol Simchah..." (33:10-11). Now it will not be so; the land will be destroyed.

What will be in place of the voice of Simchah?
