What do we learn from "Ka'asher Yelechu Efros Aleihem Rishti"?
Rashi: When they will go to Egypt, I will spread My net on them.
Malbim: It was from Hashem that they go to Ashur, in order that Hashem will spread His net on them and bring them down like a [trapped] bird.
What is the comparison to "Ohf ha'Shamayim"?
Rashi #1: The eagle and hawk go above [the dove], and bring it down to the ground. So I will bring them down in Egypt, via Nebuchadnetzar.
Rashi #2: Like a bird trapped in a net suspended on poles. After they are in the net, they lower the net.
Malbim: A trapper cannot seize it in his hand, just he spreads a net and the bird descends in it and is trapped in it. So Melech Ashur could not have seized [Hoshe'a] in Shomron, a fortified city. He was enticed like a foolish dove to descend from his place to the net (go to Melech Ashur); there he was caught and incarcerated. Hashgachas Hashem led him astray.
What is the meaning of "Aisirem k'Shema la'Adasam"?
Rashi, based on Mechilta Beshalach 2: I will bring afflictions on them like all that I make heard to their congregation via Yirmeyah ha'Navi. Later, they will tell him "v'Hispalel Ba'adenu?; v'Yaged Lanu Hashem Elokecha?; Im Tov v'Im Ra; ? Im Atem Sum Tesimun Pneichem Lavo Mitzrayim?; v'Haysah ha'Cherev Asher Atem Yere'im Mimenu Sham Tasig Eschem" (Yirmeyah 42:2-3, 6, 15-16). "Aisirem" is an expression of Yesurim (afflictions). Dunash said that it is like "Leyaserah Eschem" (Vayikra 26:18). The second Yud is extra, like in "v'Afapecha Yaishiru" (Mishlei 4:25).
Rashi citing Menachem: Aisirem is an expression of tying ? "u'Moserosecha Anatek" (Yirmeyah 30:8).
Radak: I will enter them in the fetters of the nations, like I make their congregation hear in the Midbar in the Tochachos and curses if they will not heed Divrei Torah.
Malbim: There is a solution for them if they will heed My Musar and rebuke. Then, I would chastise them and tell them to see their loss because they wandered from Me.
