What are the (otherwise superfluous) words "ve'ha'Nosar mi'Besar ha'Zevach"?
1.
Sifra: "mi'Besar" precludes the bones, the sinews, the horns and the hoofs from the Din of Nosar, whereas "ha'Zevach" precludes a fetus and a placenta (or after-birth).

When does the Shelamim become Nosar and when must it be burned?
1.
Ramban, Moshav Zekenim Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: The Shelamim becomes Nosar with the advent of the third night,
1
but it is not burned until the third morning.
2
Ramban: Just as Kasher Korbanos are sacrificed during the day. Torah Temimah: We learn from here that Kodshim cannot be burnt at night. See Oznayim la'Torah, DH 've'Im He'achol Ye'achel' who cites a different source.
