How will we reconcile "la'Kohen ha'Makriv oso lo Sih'yeh" with "le'Chol b'nei Aharon Tih'yeh" (in Pasuk 10)?
Rashi: All the Tahor Kohanim who belong to the Beis-Av 1 which is serving on that day share equally, 2 and "la'Kohen ha'Makriv" precludes a T'vul Yom a Mechusar Kipurim and an Onan.
Ramban #1 and Moshav Zekenim #1: The Minchas Ma'afeh Tanur, Machavas and Marcheshes, which the Kohen baked, are given to the Kohen who brings them - as a reward for the work involved. Whereas the Minchas Soles, Minchas Chotei and Minchas Sotah, which are not baked and entail less work, and Minchas Bikurim (the Omer) are distributed among all the Kohanim of that Beis-Av. 3
Ramban #2 and Moshav Zekenim #2: "ve'Chol Minchah Belulah Ba'Shemen va'Chareivah" (in Pasuk 10) incorporates all the Menachos, that are shared by all the Tahor Kohanim 4 of that Beis-Av. Whereas Pesukim 8 & 9 teach us that it is the Tahor Kohanim 5 who take the skins of the Olah as a reward for their service.
Sifsei Chachamim: Each Mishmar of Kohanim that serve on any particular week is divided into six Batei Avos, each of which serve on its designated day - On Shabbos they all served
Ramban: One, or two or three Kohanim are Sheluchim to offer an Olah on behalf of all the Tahor Kohanim. All the Kohanim stand next to it, and they all receive a share, as the Pasuk writes in Shmuel 1, 30:24- "Those who go to fight and those who guard the Keilim shall share (the spoils) equally."
The Ramban retracts from this explanation, in face of Chazal that he subsequently cites. Refer to 7:9:1:3.
Including the Minchas So'les, which for some reason, is not mentioned in Pesukim 8 & 9.
And not the owners (Ramban).
