Redak citing Meforshim, Malbim: No. This Binyamin and everyone listed until Naftoli (13) are from Bnei Yisachar.

Binyamin ben Yakov did not have a son Yedi'a'el!

'Rashi', Radak: Yedi'a'el is Ashbel 1 .

Malbim: This is not Binyamin ben Yakov.

Malbim: This is difficult. Why is he called Yedi'a'el here, and Ashbel below (8:1)? (Above, Malbim himself says that a man can have two names, and in each place he is called by one of them! Refer to 6:7:2:1! - PF)
