What is "Mo'adecha"?
Rashi: It is the Beis ha'Mikdash - "v'No'adti Lecha Sham" (Shemos 25:22). Radak - it is called Mo'ed, because Yisrael must be there during the Regalim. The same applies to "Sarfu Chol Mo'adei Kel" (verse 8).
