Rashi: The Chesed that He used to do for me when I was dear to Him.

Radak: He recalls Elokim with his mouth, and yearns for Him.

Malbim: Elokim used to support him with His hand above. Now it seems that Hashem's Yemin changed 1 .

Why does it say "[v'Ehemayah] Asichah?

Rashi: I talk about the Chasadim and benefits [that He used to do for me].

Radak: I talk about my afflictions.

Malbim: The verse depicts as if amidst great weakness, he lost the power of speech. He only yearns and meditates.

What is the meaning of "v'Sis'atef Ruchi"?

1.

Radak: This is like "Tefilah l'Ani Chi Ya'atof" (102:1), "ha'Atufim b'Ra'av" (Eichah 2:19). When one is afflicted, he is bent and pained as if he is wrapped.

Malbim: He became very weak, close to death.
