Why does the Torah use the word "v'Ha'al [Es ha'Tzefarde'im]" - a word which appears in only one other place in Tanach - in connection with the death of Aharon, "v'Ha'al Osam" (Bamidbar 20:25)?

"Al ha'Neharos, Al ha'Ye'orim v'Al ha'Agamim." Why are these three types of water sources specified?

Ibn Ezra: The Tzefarde'a would emerge only from these three bodies of water, 1 and not from 'every gathering-place of water' (as the plague blood had, in 7:19).

"Naharos" are rivers; "Ye'orim," canals; and "Agamim', pools or reservoirs.
