What is the meaning of the words "ve'ha'Nosar ba'Basar u'va'Lachem"?

1.

Ramban and Moshav Zekenim: It means "Whatever is leftover from the meat and from the bread" - as if it had written "Min ha'Basar u'Min ha'Lachem". 1

1

Ramban: As we find in Yechezkel, 43:27 and in Shoftim, 10:8..

2)

Why does the Torah not add 'veha'Nosar] ad ha'Boker', as it ususally does?

1.

Ramban #1: Because they already knew that the Shelamim of the Milu'im had the stringencies of Kodshei Kodshim - which may only be eaten for a day and a night, and which become Nosar on the following morning.

2.

Ramban #2: Because the Torah already wrote it in Tetzaveh Sh'mos, 29:34, in the command "ve'Im Yivaser mi'Besar ha'Milu'im u'min ha'Lechem ad ha'Boker, Vesarafta es ha'Nosar ba'Eish ... ".

3)

Rashi (verse 2) writes that this was seven days before the Mishkan was erected. How can this be? It says "Pesach Ohel Mo'ed"!

1.

Rosh, Ramban and Moshav Zekenim (both in Pasuk 2) and Hadar Zekenim (in Pasuk 7), Starting on the twenty-third of Adar, Moshe erected the Mishkan each day and dismantled it. 1 On Rosh Chodesh Nisan, he erected it and left it standing.

1

Rosh: He erected it each morning, and dismantled it towards evening. (Pasuk 35 obligates them to stay at the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed day and night! We must say that it means the location of the Ohel Mo'ed, even though at night it was dismantled. - PF)
