Where is "Bein Ulai"?

1.

Rashi: It is in the river.

2)

Who called, and to whom did he speak?

1.

Rashi: The man spoke to the angel with him ? Gavriel.

2.

Malbim: Bereishis Rabah (27:1) says that Hashem called. Tanchuma says that it was Micha'el (refer to 8:13:2:3). He spoke to Gavriel. Daniel heard him; he did not see him.

3)

Why did he say "leha'Laz"?

1.

Rashi: It is an expression of importance, like he called him "Chamudos". Ha'Laz is always someone of [esteemed] form. An Agadah learns from here that Yitzchak had the form and appearance of his father, for he is called ha'Laz 1 .

Yosef's brothers said about him ha'Lazeh when they plotted to kill him (Bereishis 37:19)! Perhaps they admitted that his form was special, and this added to their envy and hatred ? he looked like Yakov (Rashi ibid. 2, from Bereishis Rabah 84:6). (PF)
