Here it does not tell Miklos' father. Below (9:37) it says that Gedor fathered Achyo, Zecharyah and Miklos!

Malbim: This teaches that in all such cases, [here] we read Miklos twice - at the end of the previous verse, and at the beginning of our verse. So the Rashbam (Bereishis 36:12) wrote that "v'Simna [Haysah Pilegesh]" applies above and below. This occurs often in this Sefer, e.g. "u'Vnei Michah... v'Sachre'a; v'Achaz Holid" (9:41-42). We read v'Achaz also above, for here (35) we find that also he was Ben Michah.
