Here it says that that Churam gave cities to Shlomo. In Melachim, it says that Shlomo gave 20 cities in Galil to Chiram, and Chiram gave only wood and gold!

1.

Radak: Chiram gave to Shlomo cities in his land, and Shlomo settled Yisraelim in them to take possession of them. Shlomo did similarly to Chiram; this was to strengthen the Bris between them. Each Sefer mentions only one of them.

2.

Malbim (here and in Melachim I, 9:11): After the 20 years, Shlomo wanted to continue that Chiram will give Shlomo's need for gold and cedar wood, and in return Shlomo will temporarily give to him 20 cities; each will produce 1,000 Kor of wheat and of oil each year. Chiram saw them, and was displeased, for he thought that they cannot produce their quota. Here it teaches that Chiram returned the cities. Shlomo settled Yisraelim in them, and they produced their quota.
