Targum Yonasan: Le'Sho'i. Rashi - i.e. people will talk about the evils that came on it, and mock it. The Targum of "va'Yspaer" (Bereishis 37:9) is v'Ishta'ei. Sheninah is an expression of speech - "v'Shinantam l'Vanecha" (Devarim 6:7).
