Malbim: He is called Elokei Yisrael when they are Tzadikim and guard his Mitzvos. You are anointed over Am Hashem - Yir'ei Hashem who guard his Mitzvos. I.e. you should nullify Avodas ha'Ba'al and serve Hashem with His nation and those who fear Him.
