What are "Yemei ha'Pekudah"?

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: It is when their sins will be paid. Radak ? Shilum is a noun, with the grammatical form of Pigul, Chitul.
Malbim: It is when they will be paid for their deeds Midah k'Neged Midah.
What is the meaning of "Evvil ha'Navi Meshuga"?
Rashi: Even their true Nevi'im were wicked, e.g. Chananyah ben Ozer, who was initially a true Navi (Sanhedrin 89a).
Radak: On the day of punishment for sin, Yisrael will know and confess. They will say about the false Nevi'im who deceived them, and said 'there will be Shalom' ? the Navi was a wicked lunatic.

Why does it say "Al Rov Avonecha"?

What is "v'Rabah Mastemah"?
Rashi: Hashem hates your deeds.
