How will his mouth convict him?

Rashi: My words will be sealed amidst fear, and I will make myself crooked.

Malbim: If I will clarify to the judge that I am innocent and He struck me without reason, this will convict me, to say that I am Tzadik opposite Him! Saying that I am innocent attributes evil to Him!
