What are "Chacham Lev" and "Amitz Ko'ach"?
Rashi: Chacham Lev knows how to argue; Amitz Ko'ach is strong to exact payment.
Devar Eliyahu: Victory in war is via Gevurah or Chochmah - "Tovah Chochmah mi'Klei Kerav." Hashem is Chacham Lev - He gives Chochmah to hearts! He gives all strengths!
Malbim: One cannot defeat Hashem in an argument, for He is the Chacham. One cannot overcome Him with strength, for He is strongest.
What do we learn from "Mi Hikshah Elav v'Yishlam"?
Rashi: Who hardened his heart against Him, and went complete? Pharaoh hardened his heart and was afflicted - the same applies to all who hardened their hearts against Him.
Devar Eliyahu: [Since Chochmah and strength are from Hashem,] who can oppose him and remain b'Shalom?!
Malbim: Sometimes one wins an argument via stubbornness. He does not budge, and his opponent wearies [and concedes]. One cannot do so against Hashem!
