How will Mashi'ach be cut off after 62 Shavu'im?
Rashi: Agripas Melech Yehudah, who was king at the time of the Churban, will be killed. Here, Mashi'ach is merely an expression of an officer or great person. Malbim ? also the Kohen Gadol was killed. After this, there was no king or Kohen Gadol from Yisrael.

Malbim: Amidst this flood [of Romiyim ? refer to 9:26:3:3], the Mikdash will be destroyed until the Ketz.
What is "Necheretzes Shomemus"?
Rashi: Until the time of the war of Gog and Magog, the city will be a ditch of desolation.
Ibn Ezra: He will fight many years against Yerushalayim, until it is destroyed and desolate.
Malbim: Until the time that it was decreed that it be desolate.
