Radak: It is in addition to what he gave to her corresponding to what she gave to him. Malbim ? in Melachim I, 10:13 it says "Milvad Asher Nasan Lah."

'Rashi': Here it says so for the honor of Malchei Yehudah; it implies that she gave to him more than he gave to her. In Melachim, it teaches that he gave to her gifts and delicacies common here that are not common in her land 1 .
Rashi (Melachim I, 10:13) says similarly.
What is the meaning of "va'Tahafoch"?
Radak: This is like "va'Tefen" in Melachim I, 10:13; she turned her face [to return to her land]. The same applies to "Hafach Ish me'Al Merkavto" (Melachim II, 5:26).
