What is the meaning of "v'Yishtamer Chukos Amri [v'Chol Ma'ase Veis Achav]"?

1.

Rashi: I know that you will not heed Me, for you guard all the rites of Amri and Achav.

2.

Radak: You will not be chastised via all the evil that I bring against you. Amri's rites are guarded; they abandoned My Chukim. It says Yishtamer (singular) Chukos (plural) ? each one of them.

3.

Malbim: The afflictions that I put on you did not help. You guard Amri's rites ? he added evil to Yaravam's sins, and Achav added even more. You go in their counsel.

2)

What do we learn from "Lema'an Titi Osecha l'Shamah"?

1.

Rashi: You will be totally desolate.

3)

What shame will you bear?

1.

Rashi: You will receive the sin of shame, that the Nochrim revile My nation. The Torah warned them "Lo Yihyeh Lecha b'Veisecha Eifah v'Eifah" (Devarim 25:14), and they do not guard this!

2.

Radak: You used to revile My nation, that they are oppressed. So the Goyim will revile you 1 !

3.

Malbim: You will bear the punishment for the reviling of My nation that you caused ? they are shamed via your evil deeds.

I.e. this addresses Malchus Efrayim. Above (9, 12) he said that the verses address Shomron or Yerushalayim; here it specifies Amri and Achav. (PF)
